Laboratory Accreditation Caltrans Laboratory Accreditation Manual — CLAM I will build your CLAM from scratch and keep it updated for your annual Caltrans accreditation inspection. Site Assessment Inspection I will produce & maintain all required manuals: > Quality Control Manual > Laboratory Safety Manual > Laboratory Procedures Manual > Documentation of Equip. Calibration & Service > Documentation of Tester Training & Evaluation If you currently have the required documents, I will keep them updated and filed as required by Caltrans. If the documentation is not available, I will create it for your laboratory and update it for the annual Caltrans inspection. I will represent your laboratory at the Site Assessment Inspection and resolve all deficiencies. Caltrans Reference Sample Program — RSP I will file the necessary forms for RSP registration & keep you notified when samples are to be sent and the deadlines necessary to maintain participation & passing status required for Caltrans Accreditation. I will review and resolve any poor or failing RSP test results and represent you at any dispute resolution procedures. |
